All new and pre‑owned watches purchased from Imperial Jewelry include either our complimentary 1‑year warranty or any remaining manufacturer warranty originally provided with the piece. Our warranty covers mechanical issues resulting from manufacturing defects. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, loss, or theft. Any third‑party servicing or modifications performed after purchase will void this warranty. Due to the unique nature of vintage watches and the limited availability of replacement parts, vintage pieces are not eligible for our warranty coverage.
